Introduction
GYX-F soft flow jet dyeing machine uses jet nozzle with the highest pressure of 3.kg/cm2, which is suitable for dyeing high density and ultra-fine fibers (use double anti-rotation device nozzle). It is a process in which the dyeing liquid is jetted by a pump to dye the fabrics that are connected end to end in a high-temperature and high-pressure jet dyeing machine. Since the fabric and the dye liquor are in a moving state, the contact between the dye liquor and the dyed material is increased, and the levelness of dyeing is improved.
Product Features
Soft flow jet dyeing machine has low dyeing tension, high fabric relaxation effect and uniform dyeing. The main container winch roll and nozzle are perfectly combined to achieve smooth fabric flow of any type of fabric or material. Its shape and double jacket structure can effectively avoid uneven dyeing and friction marks. It can also be used for dyeing and pre- and post-treatment of cotton, acrylic, wool and other fabrics under normal temperature, normal pressure or micro pressure.
