Part 1. Application:

☆ This OTR100 Model hot stamping machine is special designed for decorating various PVC/PS/WPC/ABS/PVC foaming small profiles within 100mm widths; Now it is special used to decorating imitation marble stone profiles;

☆ Normally for PVC marble profiles, there have 5-9surfaces, so we always match 10sets of online hot stamping machine to get complete marble designs;

☆ For PS picture frame, it also need match 5-10sets, some for embossing, some for hot stamping, that will depended on the designs.

☆ It is installed on the extrusion line, before Haul-off machine and after calibration table;

☆ The center height of machine is 1000mm per center height of extrusion line.

Part 3:  Basic assembly of OTR100

3.1) Transmitting unit

① The whole machine adopts 50*50 square tube and Q235 steel plate to weld.

② It adopts angle iron to make conveying table.

③ It adopts cast iron wrapped with nylon to make conveying wheel.

④ It adopts nylon to control the width of board.

3.2) The angle adjustment unit

① It adopts Q235 steel plate to make base-plate, clipboard and joint-plank.

② It adopts Q235 steel plate to make big circle wheel.

③ It adopts 160 hand-wheel to adjust thermoprinting angle by worm wheel and worm.

3.3) The head of stamping control unit

① It adopts Q235 steel plate to make erect plank, plank of air cylinder; and 63*150 air cylinder to control the stamping head work back and forth.

② It adopts ZL102 with the copper slipcover to make guide thimble, and 45 steel for guide pole.

③ It adopts ZL102 to make slide seat, 45 steels for slide shaft and flat steel to make index plate.

3.4) The stamping head unit

① It adopts ZL102 to make base-plate of thermoprinting which connect between slide shaft and slide seat.

② It adopts ZL102 to make heating cover and 2 stainless steel heating pump(650w/pc) for heating, the temperature is controlled by TC Panel.

It adopts 45 steels to make axle and seat of thermoprinting.

③ It adopts ZL102 wrapped with anti high temperature silicon rubber to make stamping wheel.

④ It adopts 25w gear speed-down motor to drive stamping roller by gears.

3.5) winding & unwinding unit

① It adopts 45# steel to make shaft and Q235 to make joint plate.

② It adopts organic glass to make clamp for clamping film and aluminum loop to make fixed components.

③ It adopts 25w electronic timing gear speed-down motor to drive winding shaft by gears.

④ It adopts Q235 to make joint plate and 45# light&round steel to make shaft of guiding film.

3.6)  Electric control unit

① It adopts cold rolled steel to make electric container.

② The electric components of equipment adopts famous brand in home market.

Part 5. Payment and Delivery time

1) Delivery time: Approx. 40days from receipt of down payment.

2) Payment: 30% advance payment with order by T/T;

70% balance payment paid before shipment by T/T.

3) Guarantee: the machine is under warranty for one year, but not including the artificial wrong operation.

4) Assembling works: Machine can be installed and start up will be done by our technician at your workshop. This period will not exceed 5 days including the training of your 2 people. For this service a round trip airplane ticket (economy class) and accommodation& food expenses of our technician will be borne by you, and offer 50USD/day as technical subsidy for our technician.
