HVS-1000 digital micro hardness tester is optical mechanical and electrical integration of high-tech products, the instrument modelling novel, beautiful, and it has good reliability, operability and intuitive, is an upgraded version of micro hardness tester.

2. Main features
The machine controlled by computer software, high rate of optical measurement system, photoelectric sensor and other techniques to realize automatic measuring device and the pressure head, switch input by the software, the strength of the light source automatic adjustment, and select Vickers and Knoop test method, keep time, file number and storage, etc., provides a variety of hardness value conversion tables for reference, on the large screen LCD display can show measuring the length of the indentation test method, test force, hardness value and test the force time, measure the number and type in year, month, date, test results and data processing, etc., through the printer output. 

3. Application fields
The machine USES high-magnification optical measurement system, the eyepiece drum readings at a time. It can determine steel, non-ferrous metals, IC chip, thin plastic, sheet metal, coating, surface coating and laminating metal, heat treatment of carbonized layers and quench hardened layer depth and hardness gradient.
